There is a $20 booking deposit that is non-negotiable to book an appointment. This deposit goes towards the total cost of your service(s).
Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You will either be refunded your deposit, or if you reschedule it can be credited to your new booking. (Deposit will NOT be refunded if canceling less than 24 hours)
If you do not cancel and fail to show up for your appointment without notice, this will result in you not being able to rebook.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time. If you are running late, please call or text me.
I allow a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will NOT be refunded - even if you show up.
This policy ensures I can provide you with the best work possible while staying on schedule for all clients. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients!
No additional guests, unless approved by me prior to the booking.
No children or babies.
I do NOT work over other nail techs work. Unless it is my work, please arrive to your appointment with bare nails.
I do NOT do any acrylic work, INCLUDING removal.
